EXHIBITS DESIGNER & TRAVELING EXHIBITS COORDINATOR

1. Core Exhibit: MOSAIC: Jewish Life in Florida

            • Maintenance of physical aspects of exhibits

            • Assist Curator in changes to the exhibit

                 

 2. Temporary Exhibit program at the Museum

            • Layout and design of exhibits

            • Production of exhibits

            • Installation and maintenance of exhibits

            • Maintain files of potential temporary exhibits for Museum to rent

 

3. JMOF Traveling Exhibits to Rent to other Venues (TEP)

            • Maintain inventory of exhibits to rent out with fact sheets

            • Seek venues for our traveling exhibits

            • Make arrangements and contracts for exhibits that travel

 

4. Collections

            • Maintain inventory of collections supplies and equipment

           • Assist with Research requests

 

5. Buildings (team with Executive Director and Maintenance Supervisor)

            • Maintain / update disaster preparedness plan

            • Monitor maintenance program

            • Inventory of maintenance equipment

 

6. Museum Off-Site Storage Facilities

            • Maintain current inventory of contents of all storage areas

            • Supervise inventory changes

 

7. Assist Executive Director and other Staff

            • Prepare reports as needed

  • Cooperate and assist other staff to further the mission of Museum.
