RENTING THE JEWISH MUSEUM OF FLORIDA FACILITIES

DATE AVAILABILITY, CONTRACT AND SECURITY REQUIRED

• Call 305-672-5044, ext. 3163 to check dates for availability and rental prices.
• It is suggested to come in for a walk-through to determine needs of the renter.
• After agreement of dates, etc. there will be a rental contract to sign.
         - A deposit is required to hold the date and time and final payment is due one week prior to the event.
• All renters must hire an approved security guard at their expense. The Museum can arrange for the guard.

RENTAL PRICE
• Renting of either facility includes the four walls, use of the sound system, set-up, chairs and tables supplied by the Museum if requested.
• Rental prices are based, in part, upon the number of anticipated guests.
• If special seating is required, removal and replacement of the benches may be necessary. This may increase the cost due to Museum's labor costs.
• Rental price may increase due to:
        - length of time needed for the actual event.
        - the event being scheduled on a civil holiday.

PARKING: On request, the Museum has a list of parking in area.
• Parking on the street or in the garages in the area is recommended.
• Meters are $1 per hour, using coins or a Miami Beach parking debit card.
• Park and pay areas also accept Visa & MasterCard.
• We have no valet parking company to recommend.
